Position Summary:

A group of Companies is looking a proactive and creative Communication Officer for overseeing internal and external communications strategies, facilitating the flow of information through both the construction and pharmaceutical businesses. The work entails content creation, corporate branding, public relations, management of social media, and stakeholder relations aimed at raising the company’s profile and reputation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate communications, media relations, and digital marketing, and should understand industry regulations and communication best practices in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal & External Communication:

• Create and execute communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Write and edit official announcements, newsletters, press releases, and reports.
• Maintain cohesive corporate messaging and branding across all mediums.

Media & Public Relations:

• Maintain liaison with media organizations, industry associations, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage press releases, media briefings, and corporate event coverage.
• Track media coverage and maintain reports on public attitudes and engagement.

Digital & Social Media Management

• Maintain company websites, social media platforms, and online reputation.
• Develop interesting content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other appropriate platforms.
• Track digital trends and introduce measures to boost online engagement.

Employee Engagement & Corporate Branding:

• Assist internal management and HR teams in employee engagement programs.
• Organize corporate events, seminars, and community outreach programs.
• Create promotional materials, corporate profiles, and company brochures.

Technical Skills:

• Good writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• MS Office and social media management tool proficiency.
• Understanding of media regulations, corporate branding, and PR best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
