Position Summary:

A group of Companies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Officer to assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, compliance, and HR operations in both the construction and pharmaceutical sectors. The position demands effective coordination among regional offices, site teams, and the head office to ensure efficient HR policies and processes.

The suitable candidate should possess experience working in HR functions, Pakistani labor law compliance, performance management, and employee relations in the pharmaceutical and construction industries.


Key Accountabilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting of jobs, screening, interview, and hiring.
• Coordinate manpower requirements for project and operations with department heads.
• Update and sustain the HR database with new entrants, retirees, and records of employees.

Payroll & Compensation Management:

• Assistance in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure timely processing of increments, bonuses, and other financial benefits (If any).

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

• Deal with employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support in performance appraisal cycles, ensuring proper documentation and KPI tracking.
• Support in developing employee engagement and retention strategies.

HR Policies & Compliance:

• Ensure labor laws compliance of Pakistan and other applicable laws.
• Keep updating HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines in accordance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with the legal and finance functions for tax, labor, and employment law compliance.

Training & Development:

• Identify learning needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Help in planning workshops, HR awareness programs, and leadership development programs.

HR Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and deliver HR reports and workforce planning.
• Keep accurate employee records, contracts, and policy documents.
• Facilitate audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance tracking.

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
• Knowledge in performing HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent working capabilities along with multiple task handling.
